The slope of a line can be found with any two points on the line:

slope=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1) where (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) are any two points...

slope=(25-17)/(7-3)

slope=8/4

slope=2

this could easily be plotted on a graph.
8/4, reduced to 2/1.
