-134=-2+6(5b-2)
First, you must distribute.
-134=-2 + 30b - 12
Now combine like terms.
-134 = 30b - 14
Add 14 to both sides.
-120 = 30b
Divide both sides by 30.
-4 = b
The variable b is -4.
