4(x+2) = 14 - 2(3-4x)

4x + 8 = 14 - 6 + 8x

4x + 8 = 8 + 8x

8 - 8 = 8x - 4x

0 = 4x

x = Ф

=>4x +8 =14 - 6 - 8x 
=>4x + 8 -14 +6 + 8x =0
=>4x+8x +8 -14 +6 =0
=>12x +14-14=0
=>12x =0
=>x =0/12 = 0

therefore x = 0 ....
