Early humans travelled approximately 5,621 miles from Africa to get to North America.
Early human migration began almost two million years ago when Homo Erectus left Africa. Homo Sapiens was the last of the early humans to leave Africa. This happened about two hundred thousand years ago. They moved to Asia and spread across Asia from about seventy-five thousand years ago. Humans have been travelling around the world and settling on islands and new continents ever since they moved to Asia.
