An ordered society consist of a government that can control their people efficiently. One main issue that societies had in the early stages of the world was the fact that they would spread out so much that one ruler could not keep them all under control. Something else needed for an ordered society are laws that are fair for the people. If the laws are unfair and taxes are too high, people will revolt and the leader could get over thrown! Hope I helped My dude! GL
