x - y = 7.....x = y + 7
x * y = 60

y(y + 7) = 60
y^2 + 7y = 60
y^2 + 7y - 60 = 0
(y + 12)(y - 5) = 0

y + 12 = 0
y = -12....not this one because it is negative

y - 5 = 0
y = 5 <===

x - y = 7
x - 5 = 7
x = 7 + 5
x = 12 <==

so ur 2 numbers are 12 and 5
