If she gave a 20% tip, she gave him 120% of her actual price. Therefore... 120%=38
Divide each side by 1.2 to get 100% of the price (actual price)
120%/1.2=38/1.2
100%=31.666
100%=$31.67
Her haircut was worth $31.67
