Both of those are names we give to electromagnetic radiation
of different wavelengths.
 
"Microwaves" are electromagnetic waves with wavelengths
in the range of  1 millimeter to 10 centimeters.

"Visible light" is electromagnetic radiation with wavelengths
roughly in the range of 0.0004 to 0.0008 millimeters.
