The given expression is :

[tex]6-\frac{2x}{3}<x-9[/tex]

Shifting the like terms to one side, and solving the equation further, we get :

= [tex]6+9<\frac{2x+3x}{3}[/tex]

= [tex]15<\frac{5x}{3}[/tex]

= [tex]45<5x[/tex]

= [tex]9<x[/tex]

or x > 9

Hence, the given inequality equation is equal to x > 9 .
