The amendment process in the constitution has been established by the founding fathers because there is always a room for change, especially in terms of the law. If the laws are unchangeable, we are thwarting our progress in almost all aspects. The current set of laws that we have are always subject to change as the generation develops. The law must be amended when the need arises. That is the best thing we can do to move forward to a better standard regulation.
