7m+9 <5 (m+3) please help i really dont get it if you could explain the steps for me too it would be appreciated

First I would distribute 5(m+3) to get 5m+15
7m+9 < 5m +15
Then, subtract 9 from both sides.
7m<5m + 6
Subtract 5m from both sides.
2m<6
Divide both sides by 2.
m<3
