x^2 - 14x - 7 = 0
x^2 - 14x + 49 - 49 -7= 0
(x^2 - 14x + 49) - 49 - 7= 0
(x - 7)^2 - 56 = 0
i achieved 49 by:
first divide the 14 by 2 and then square it.
14/2= 7
