The 1995 peace talk is called Dayton Agreement which was held at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base located near in Dayton, Ohio United States of America dated November 1995. But was then formally agreed and signed in Paris France dated December 1995 whom initiated by the following personnel; U.S secretary of state Warren Christopher and negotiator Richard Holbrooke. The peace talk’s primary concern is to promote and encourage peace and stability in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
