1. That not all the power is within a group of individuals. 2. In order for an idea or law to be taken into account they all 3 need to discuss how it affects everybody physically and emotionally. 3. You get to hear everyones idea and you don’t have just one person saying what they want done/ what they don’t and take everyone into account and if majority dont agree then thats it.
